Delivery Delays

Please note we do our best to provide you with a quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur.

If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient, give it a few days longer and your order will be there before you know it.

If you still do not have your order, please follow these steps:

STEP 1: Check the delivery address of the order.

STEP 2: Check that you have not been left a card from Royal Mail stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.

STEP 3: Send us an email and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks, slow local delivery services or busy periods of the year.

Unsuccessful Deliveries (International)
Our international deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to give instructions such as 'leave with neighbour' or 'leave in garage.' After any unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest courier depot.

They will then hold the goods at this depot for 5 working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to the Vercei delivery centre. If Customer Services then receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus any delivery charge and the return delivery charge.

Taxes and Duties
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the final destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Vercei Ltd. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
