Ring spun cotton is smoother and longer yarn compared to open-end yarn. In addition, ring spun yarn goes through a spinning process that softens and straightens each fiber. The end result of ring spun is a more refined fiber. Ring spun combed yarn, is where the cotton fibers are spun and then combed to remove impurities and enhance the luxurious hand feel.
Organic cotton comes from seeds that have not been genetically modified and is grown without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilisers that can cause harm to the environment and farmers. It is more durable, feels softer than traditional cotton and is great for those with sensitive skin.

Yes you can, but we highly recommend drying with a low heat to reduce shrinkage. Sometimes the dryer can make the cotton softer, however if you are trying to save the environment (like us), then there are better options like placing your clothes on a drying rack.
Eco-friendly dyes are just as long lasting as the harmful dyes used on conventional products. They will fade if powerful detergents or bleaching agents are used. When washing prints, be sure to turn them inside out during the first few washes. This will help lock in the colour for years.
There are several factors to what is mild. Some ingredients like bleach can damage fabrics. High pH of detergents can also damage fabrics in the long run. Insolubles present in detergents can also damage fabrics.
How mild a detergent is a very subjective matter is only for testing labs to answer. Liquid detergents are milder than powders as they have low pH, no insolubles or bleach.
