All customers must return their items within 14 working days from the date they received the package.
We quality check our products before dispatching your order, but if you find that the product is faulty or not the right size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
To complete your return, please ensure you email your contact details, order number and reason for your return.
Once we have accepted / rejected your return request, we will send you next steps with instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and if we can proceed with a refund or exchange.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days (depending on your bank provider).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If after 10 days you haven’t received a refund, please check with your banking / card provider first. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We provide sizing guides to help you pick the right size for you. If you want advice before purchasing a product, please contact us for recommendations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the returned product is faulty, we will refund the original delivery cost as well as the return cost.
Please note, to ensure that you receive a 5 star service and quality products, we check all orders before dispatching.
You will receive the exchanged item 3-5 days after the inspection of the return. We will notify you when the new item is dispatched.
